Yes. We come out, measure up and talk through your ideas at no cost. You'll get an itemised proposal showing each stage, so you can see exactly where your money goes.
We take photos of your actual yard and apply the proposed design, so you can see the finished look (paving colour, deck boards, walls, lighting) before you commit. It's included with your proposal.
One team handles the whole build: excavation, concreting, paving, walls, decking and landscaping. For anything electrical, like gate motors or 240 V power for lighting, we bring in a licensed electrician and manage it for you.
Small jobs such as a path or retaining wall usually take a few days. Larger multi-stage projects can take a few weeks. Your proposal includes the stages, and we confirm your start date when you accept.
Typically a 20% deposit locks in your start date, a progress payment is due at a key stage such as the concrete pour, and the balance is due on completion. Exact terms are set out in your proposal.
Yes. Bundling stages together saves on machine hire, deliveries and set-up time, and we pass those savings on with a bundle discount.
